In 2006, the Automotive Components Board of Directors founded the ACL Customer Service Committee. The aim of this committee is to bring together the different expertise within the company in order to effectively address all customer service issues that we might face. By working together in this way, the varied experience and skills of our whole staff can be appropriately channeled and used to its fullest potential.

 

The ACL Customer Service Committee meets once a month and discusses any new customer service issues that have arisen in the previous month, as well as looking ahead to establish where we are now, and where we want to go in terms of delivering customer support. Subcommittees are then created to implement our suggestions, monitor them and provide feedback. In forming this strategy group, we hope to react positively to customer suggestions, to learn from any mistakes and to drive our business forward through improved internal and external communications.
